BCS Itera Joins DIGMATIX Group to Unlock New Opportunities and Broader Value for Clients

The transaction is currently pending approval from the Estonian Competition Authority and is expected to close in June 2025. Until the official closing, BCS Itera and DIGMATIX will continue to operate independently and without changes to client-facing activities.
